Requirements:
1, with skilled experimental operation ability, and can accurately, clearly and completely complete the experimental records;
2. Good literature review and spectral analysis ability;
3, can put forward preliminary solutions to the problems in the experiment;
4. Good learning ability;
5. Good communication and coordination skills;
6. Bachelor degree or above in pharmaceutical synthesis, organic chemistry or related major;
Experience in synthetic process development, filing and writing of application materials, and experience in new drug registration is preferred.
